📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Local Deliveries (Within UAE): 2–4 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier issues.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the UAE and selected international locations.
Please note: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • A return must be initiated within 7–14 days of receiving the order.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, batteries)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Exchanges

🚨 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped. Once shipped, the order can only be processed through the return procedure.
